Actor Rajinikanth Ahead of India’s 75th Independence Day, he took to Twitter to share a special message for his fans. He shared a long note requesting to honor those who laid down their lives for the freedom of the country. In a long note, Rajinikanth wrote, “It’s the 75th year of India’s independence.. our motherland.” As a mark of respect and as an expression of our solidarity… to the millions who endured endless struggle and suffering, pain and humiliation… to all the thousands who selflessly sacrificed their lives for this freedom. .. Let’s salute all those freedom fighters, martyrs and leaders.. Let’s salute them with gratitude beyond caste, religion and politics.. Let’s pass on our Indian national flag to our next generation of children and youth. Displayed in our homes, offices and workplaces. Let us celebrate the great Indian 75th Independence Day with pride… let’s hoist our national flag everywhere and salute him. Jai Hind.”
Meanwhile, in his one-minute video, he was initially shown with his hands folded. “On our 75th Independence Day, in honor of our freedom fighters – many of whom have suffered and sacrificed their lives – I request you all to unite and unfurl your national flag, irrespective of caste, religion and political bias. A small pillar outside our house,” the actor said in Tamil.
“We are here because of our nation. Let’s be proud of our nation. Jai Hind,” he reminded fans once again. Earlier, Rajinikanth had changed his display picture on Twitter to the national flag. Apart from him many other actors like Mohanlal. , Anupam Kher, Akshay Kumar, Kangana Ranaut, Aamir Khan, Amitabh Bachchan And others have also hoisted the tricolor flag on their houses.
